Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the item is missing, defective, damaged or unused and unopened. To qualify for a refund, the item must be shown to be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging
In addition, you must:
• Notify us of your request for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery
• Explain the reasoning for your refund or exchange request
Items that show signs of use, are opened, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and assess your request, we will notify you by email. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within a few business days, and/or a replacement item placed and shipped free of charge. In both cases, you will receive email updates.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us and we will assist you.
NOTE ON RETURNS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders placed by customers. We are happy to instead provide a robust refund and exchange policy.
